The firm have extensive experience delivering projects in the UK and internationally. From modest commercial extensions to large-scale residential schemes, public infrastructure, and regeneration projects. Their clientele is diverse, including developers, landowners, local authorities, government bodies, housing providers, financial institutions, and private enterprises. Associate Town Planner Responsibilities * Prepare and submit planning applications and supporting documents * Draft planning statements, appeal documents, and site appraisals * Undertake policy and site research * Support with business development * Attend client meetings and liaise with local authorities * Mentor junior members of the team Associate Town Planner Requirements * Experience in a town planning role (ideally mix of private & public sector) * Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) * Knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy frameworks * Excellent report writing, communication, and client-facing skills * Full UK driving license * Line management experience Benefits * Competitive Salary * Pension * 25 Days Holiday Allowance * Hybrid Working * Life Assurance * Bonus Scheme * Supportive and Sociable Team Culture * Many more!
