Are you an experienced and driven individual with a passion for post-16 education and student support? Weβre looking for a proactive Admissions Coordinator to lead a dedicated team of Admissions Officers and support the delivery of exceptional learner journeys.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of Admissions, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of the admissions team, helping shape a high-quality and efficient admissions process across our college campuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and performance of Admissions Officers
- Monitor application pipelines and ensure delivery of Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG)
- Line manage, support and develop team members
- Act as liaison with curriculum teams and internal departments
- Drive continuous improvement and compliance with ISO standards
- Support promotional and student recruitment events (some evenings required)
