What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the daily running of UK import operations
- Preparing basic transport documentation (PODs, KPIs, export forms)
- Learning to manage bookings, collections and deliveries
- Communicating with customers and transport providers
- Assisting with the planning of UK freight movement
- Maintaining internal systems and ensuring compliance
- Escalating any issues or delays to management
- Taking on new responsibilities as you grow in the role
What We're Looking For:
- 6-12 months' experience in a transport, logistics, or admin role (preferred but not essential)
- Keen to learn about groupage shipping, customs, and international freight
- Comfortable using computers and picking up new systems
- A strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Great communication and organisational skills
- A full, clean UK driving licence is preferred but not a dealbreaker
