Are you a Private Client Solicitor or CILEX LOCUM available to work in Chichester (West Sussex) from May/June 2025? You will be joining a 6 lawyer Wills Trusts & Estates team spread across 4 high street office locations in West Sussex and Hampshire. This contract is for a period of between 6-9 months (TBC) and will be available on a part-time basis 2-3 days per week (some home/remote working will also be considered).

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with an existing caseload including Probate & Estate matters.
  • Drafting Wills & LPAs.
  • Administering Trusts.
  • Advising on Tax planning (IHT & CGT) issues.

Secretarial support is on hand, but individuals should be IT literate. Individuals should be either CILEX or Solicitor qualified and ideally live in the surrounding counties. Generous hourly rates, flexibility around working hours, and free parking on offer.
