PR & Marketing Executive Location: Worcester Hours: Full Time | Permanent Salary: £30,000–£39,000, dependent on experience Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and driven PR & Marketing Executive to join a well-established organisation within the manufacturing sector, based in Worcester. This role will play a key part in shaping communication strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting marketing activity across the UK and Europe. Key Responsibilities of a PR & Marketing Executive * Manage PR and content initiatives, supporting wider UK and European marketing campaigns * Develop and deliver strategic PR activity to boost internal and external brand profile * Organise press events, interviews, and media briefings * Coordinate with external PR agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness * Lead and support social media activity across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok * Produce engaging content including blogs, technical articles, infographics, videos, and customer success stories * Work closely with product teams to develop and approve accurate content * Collaborate with the wider marketing team to maintain consistent messaging across all channels * Manage the advertising budget and align spend with PR strategy * Provide marketing support for exhibitions and events * Support sales teams with tailored marketing content to aid engagement and conversion * Monitor competitor activity and produce regular insight reports * Act as a key contact for PR and marketing support across multiple European locations Key Skills of a PR & Marketing Executive * Previous experience in a PR or marketing role, ideally within a B2B or technical environment * Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content * Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends * Experience working with external agencies and multiple stakeholders * Creative thinker with strong project management and organisational skills * Ability to analyse and report on campaign effectiveness * Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once To be considered for this role please get in contact with Katie Tyrrell at First Base Employment
