Or already a senior engineer looking for a new challenge? We’re recruiting for a Lead HVAC Engineer on behalf of a well-established and growing Facilities Management provider. You’ll be leading works across a portfolio of prestige commercial sites in London, supporting junior engineers and taking the lead on more complex issues. Perfect for someone who wants more responsibility — without stepping into full management just yet. Role Responsibilities: * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems – VRVs/VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, split systems * Lead on-site operations, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical support where needed * Ensure high standards of compliance and H&S * Support with planning and reporting to ensure jobs are completed efficiently * Participate in a 1 in 3 call-out rota What We’re Looking For: * Qualified HVAC or Air Conditioning Engineer (FGAS Category 1 essential) * Experience with a wide range of HVAC equipment in commercial environments * Comfortable leading small teams or mentoring engineers (or ready to step into this) * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Full UK driving licence What’s in It for You: * Up to £50,000 basic salary (DOE) * Company van + fuel card (personal use option available) * All tools, uniform, PPE and tech provided * Paid call-outs + overtime available * Training and support to move into supervisor/management roles * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Secure, permanent role with a growing business Ideal for: * Established engineers ready to step up * Senior HVAC engineers looking for a new challenge * Those wanting to build toward supervisor or team leader roles Apply now and move your HVAC career forward with a company that promotes from within
