Are you an experienced food manufacturing professional with strong leadership skills and a drive for excellence? We’re looking for a Processing Supervisor to join our team at our busy food production facility in Dingwall.
About the Role:
As Processing Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the processing area, ensuring high standards of product quality, safety, and team performance. Working closely with the Production Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team and play a key role in delivering our production targets efficiently and effectively.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- Continental shift pattern (please note: this includes early, back, and night shifts on a rotation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of processing operatives
- Monitor and manage production output to meet KPIs
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Liaise with other departments (e.g., Quality, Maintenance) to ensure smooth operations

- Previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong understanding of food safety and H&S regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
