We are recruiting experienced Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for Students, communicating through a variety of channels with the intention of supporting customers through their entirety of their customer journey. This role is working 10:00am till 14:00pm, starting from 1st July working at our location in Ryton-on-Dunsmore. Due to the location of the role, you must have your own transport. This role will then lead to helping with the Clearing team on Main Campus from the 4th of August working hours between 08:30am - 18:00pm.
As a Customer Service Advisor, your main responsibilities will be:
- Offering a welcoming and reassuring voice across all communications channels, for all inbound and outbound queries
- Ensure all interactions with customers are considered, timely and accurate and of the highest quality across all platforms
- Ensure all information held is accurate and up to date by undertaking administrative tasks related to the role
- Engage effectively, tailoring your response and approach via telephone, face to face, live chat, e-mail, instant messaging and other channels
- Take ownership for any enquiry or issue from the time it is raised to resolution with the customer, understand when to arrange specialist intervention or consult expert advice, ensuring the customer is informed and engaged throughout
