Warehouse Supervisor – Night Shift Location: Greenford, London Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM) About the Role We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our fast-paced food warehouse in Park Royal. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a night shift environment and can ensure smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all night shift warehouse activities. Lead a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring efficiency & compliance. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety. Manage stock control and assist with inventory processes. Conduct team briefings, allocate tasks, and train staff. Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow. What We’re Looking For Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse (preferably in food). Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of stock control, warehouse operations & health & safety. Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of food safety regulations is a plus!
