The Requirements:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience
- Background in customer account or contract management, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Proven ability to manage relationships across commercial and clinical stakeholder groups
- Strong project and time management skills, with an ability to lead multiple initiatives
- Confident data handling skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the UK healthcare landscape
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalism
The Role:
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships across a portfolio of healthcare customers
- Act as the main point of contact, overseeing service delivery and commercial performance across the full customer lifecycle
- Collaborate across internal teams (sales, marketing, technical, finance, and support) to ensure timely and impactful customer outcomes
- Co-develop tailored service plans to align with each customer's objectives and improve clinical and operational outcomes
- Use customer insights to influence service improvements and represent the voice of the customer internally
- Identify opportunities for added value through technology and process improvements
- Consult on best practices and contribute to evolving service excellence standards
- Ensure the customer receives consistent and exceptional service with every interaction
