About the Role
The role focuses solely on preparing and managing tenders from concept through to submission. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates across multiple fitout projects. The company works for major well-known clients. Estimates anywhere from £1000 to £1.5M. The company also deals with temporary structures for the likes of Royal Mail. Current company turnover between £8M and £10M. Peaked at £16M. They strive to work on profitable works with repeat clients.
