Mobile Fabric Engineer London (within M25) £38,000 per annum 1 in 3 Call-Out Rota We’re currently looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, covering a portfolio of commercial sites within the M25. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong building maintenance skills who enjoys working independently across multiple sites. 🔧 The Role: * Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial buildings * General fabric works including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, door repairs, and minor building works * Assist with site inspections, snagging reports, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures * Respond to emergency call-outs on a 1 in 3 rota basis ✅ Requirements: * Proven experience in a fabric/building maintenance role (FM or property services) * Strong understanding of general maintenance across commercial buildings * Good communication and customer service skills * Full UK driving licence 💷 Salary & Benefits: * £38,000 per annum * Company van & fuel card * Tools & uniform provided * 1 in 3 call-out rota with additional pay * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Pension scheme & ongoing training If you\’re a reliable, proactive engineer with solid all-round building maintenance experience, we’d love to hear from you.
