Development Producer

Pioneer Productions is seeking an experienced and proactive development Producer to join our team, primarily focusing on developing premium factual and specialist factual ideas for the US markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating, developing, and securing commissions within this genre, along with a strong understanding of US channels, networks, and streamers. A determined approach to winning business is essential. The candidate should also be a skilled writer, capable of producing high-quality treatments, decks, and editing sizzles under tight deadlines. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact as part of a small team. The position is available immediately for an initial three-month period, with the possibility of extension.
