We are currently recruiting for a Storeman on behalf of our client, based in Stockton.
Job Description:
- To carry out warehouse duties including, though not limited to the following:
- Offloading/loading of carbon and stainless pipes, pallets, cases etc.
- Picking, marking, tagging, packing of carbon and stainless products in line with client requirements.
- Use of the company IT system.
- Efficient stock management in conjunction with stock controller/purchaser.
- HSE and environmental responsibilities in conjunction with HSE controller.
Skills / Competency:
- Ability to work as an individual and part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to use company IT systems efficiently.
- Experience of piping material.
- Forklift/4-way reach/combi/overhead crane.
This is a temp to perm position, working Monday to Friday. The hours are 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm.
