Reporting to: Turkey Farms Area Manager

Key Tasks Within The Job:

  • Undertake all aspects of poultry production.
  • Ensuring the highest welfare standards are adhered to.
  • Daily bedding and feeding of the animals in your care.
  • Ventilation control.
  • The recording of daily welfare checks and maintaining accurate records.
  • To work in a safe manner.
  • You will want to be part of a team with a willingness to work and improve.
  • You will need to be reliable & have a good attitude towards working at weekends.

Job Type: Temporary until the 12th December 2025.

Hours per week: 24 – 30 hours per week, days and hours to be discussed, but weekend work is included. Working times are around 7.30am-15.30pm.

Pay Rate: £12.35 per hour Monday – Friday. £16.46 per hour Saturday and Sunday’s and any hours worked over 39 hours, Monday to Friday.
