The role:
- Support Key Stage 2 pupils with a focus on literacy and numeracy boosters
- Work with small groups or one-to-one, following tailored intervention programmes
- Collaborate with class teachers and the SENCO to plan, assess and review pupil progress
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide emotional and behavioural support as needed
