Are you ready to step into an exciting role that puts you at the heart of venue management? Siamo Recruitment are excited to be on the lookout for a dynamic Venue Support Specialist, an essential extension to the Venue Manager, to help ensure the venue operates smoothly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager on essential admin and coordination tasks.
  • Manage deliveries and ensure seamless handovers with suppliers and clients.
  • Support regular audits and keep track of ongoing projects.
  • Be the welcoming face at our venue hotdesk, acting as a point of contact for visitors and client representatives.
  • Provide foundational ERP input and assist with project documentation.
  • Take on general duties across the venue to promote smooth operations.
