Senior Interior Designer/Project Lead - Luxury Hospitality

A renowned Central London design studio, celebrated for its forward-thinking and dynamic approach, is looking for a Senior Interior Designer/Project Leader to join its growing team. The role focuses on leading high-end hospitality projects on a global scale. You’ll bring at least six years of experience delivering design-led projects from concept through to completion, with a strong portfolio that showcases creativity, functionality, and attention to detail. Confident in client presentations and project leadership, you’ll be responsible for developing concept designs, storyboards, and layouts; producing detailed drawing packages; and overseeing delivery both in-studio and on-site. In this role, you\’ll lead and mentor a team, particularly in areas like joinery and architectural detailing, while managing multiple project streams. Regular site visits, supplier coordination, and consultant liaison will be key, along with problem-solving during implementation and snagging phases. Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain excellent client relationships and ensure projects stay on time and on budget. You’ll be confident leading a small team, communicating clearly with both directors and clients, and balancing hands-on involvement with strategic oversight.
