Healthcare Partnership Manager Territory: North England Scope: Strategic role implementing national market access strategies to increase formulary listings within wound care, operating as part of the regional matrix team to drive sales and account growth, and partnering with NHS organizations. Job Purpose: Collaborate with the Market Access Team to plan and execute strategies that enhance market access, shape NHS environment for product launches, and establish relationships with KOLs/KDMs to position products as solutions for NHS objectives. Key Accountabilities: Implement regional market access strategies to drive formulary inclusion and market access. Identify new business opportunities using available data for strategic planning. Work with Clinical Specialist to develop a regional business plan integrating market access and clinical strategies. Support regional sales targets through new market access initiatives. Create pathways of care and market tools for advanced wound care and compression range. Develop solutions for Trust/Community accounts to maximize adoption. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and decision makers within the LHE. Position the company as the industry partner of choice and utilize partnerships with NHS stakeholders to innovate access. Manage customer meetings and share outcomes with the matrix team. Stay informed about NHS landscape changes, especially within ICS. Qualifications and Experience: Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, with experience in a sales environment with strategic responsibilities. Skills: Business development, customer management, strategic planning, NHS knowledge, influencing, negotiation, communication skills, and market knowledge. Wound care market knowledge is a plus.
