As our new Manager, Technical Drilling and Instrumentation Services, you will play a critical role in growing our business in the Europe and CIS region. Based in Portlethen (Aberdeen), you will report to the Operations Director and work with a team of 7 dedicated employees. Your technical expertise will be utilized to drive service and product delivery, support sales, manage projects, and develop customer solutions. You will work directly with regional customers to support digital drilling services and systems. You are well-organized with excellent time management skills to ensure timely and accurate deliverables. Your responsibilities will include: Providing technical support for sales, service, and parts. Owning projects from start to finish. Developing and driving solutions in collaboration with sales and service teams. Collaborating with digital and service teams to maximize customer engagement and develop new solutions. Supporting sales activities such as bid proposals, technical design options, and services. Providing on-site training and support within the region. Supporting marketing activities like presentations, demonstrations, and product launches. You will have: Multidisciplinary technical knowledge (electrical, electronic, digital, instrumentation, drilling, project management, sales, operations). Understanding of the drilling process and ability to interpret drilling data for training and customer support in drilling optimization systems.
