Commercial and Contract Support

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial and Contract Support person based in Southampton to join one of our clients on a permanent full-time basis. Summary of the Commercial and Contract Support role  Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum Location: Southampton Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time. Hours: 37 hours, Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pn, Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm Responsibilities of the Commercial and Contract Support  Generate proposals and tender responses and process sales concessions. Draft and customise contracts. Making contract changes during the negotiation process. Contract amendments, side letters and reports. Coordinate the approval processes for proposals and contracts using SAP and SharePoint.   Requirements for a successful Commercial and Contract Support Degree qualification within a related field. Experience generating commercial proposals and drafting contracts. Comfortable liaising with senior managers. Excellent business writing skills. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and SAP. High attention to detail.
