We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior/Lead Fire & Security Engineer to join a growing team working on high-profile residential developments, including high-rise new builds and occupied housing sites across London and South East.

Location: London/South East

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5-years’ experience working within the Fire Safety and Security Systems industry
  • Solid experience installing, servicing, and maintaining Fire Alarm, Evacuation Alert, Access Control, Door Entry, CCTV and Intruder Alarm Systems
  • Proficient of supervising and guiding others
  • Confident and experienced working in high-rise developments and occupied homes
  • Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (BS5839, BS8629, NSI/SSAIB, BAFE standards)
  • Ability to read drawings and work from site plans and schematics
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and working in live environments
  • ECS or CSCS card (skilled worker or above)
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
