As a result of successful business growth, we're on the lookout for an Electrical Designer to join a rapidly expanding construction company!
The successful candidate will support the Electrical and Project teams in order to develop the business further. The ideal candidate will assist in producing documentation, electrical drawings and schematics and will work collaboratively across the wider business.
This role is office based but will occasionally require site visits – Must have a full driving licence.

- Experience with AutoCAD, experience with Revit or other BIM tools would be advantageous
- Producing first stage drawings across various projects
- CAD drawing expertise
- Must be qualified to at least Design, Erection and Verification (C & G 2396) or equivalent
- Will be familiar with electrical simulation or modelling tools
- Issuing drawings to external design teams and monitoring the deliverable design dates
- Reviewing Client specifications
- Producing briefs and parts lists
- Supporting in site visits and surveys to obtain field data and ensuring consistent design accuracy
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude is a must!
