The Role:
- Assisting with cost planning & budget management
- Procurement, tendering & contract administration (NEC & JCT)
- Conducting value engineering & risk assessments
- Engaging with clients, contractors & stakeholders
- Supporting senior surveyors and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the property sector
- Strong understanding of NEC & JCT contracts
- Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field (MRICS preferred)
