The Role:

  • Assisting with cost planning & budget management
  • Procurement, tendering & contract administration (NEC & JCT)
  • Conducting value engineering & risk assessments
  • Engaging with clients, contractors & stakeholders
  • Supporting senior surveyors and mentoring junior team members

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the property sector
  • Strong understanding of NEC & JCT contracts
  • Strong analytical, negotiation & communication skills
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field (MRICS preferred)
