About the role: As an Assistant Team Manager, you will support the Team Manager in leading the team to support our young people in supported accommodation. You must be practical, flexible, and able to respond to a variety of situations. If you are passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people and enabling them to shape their own future, then we want you to be part of our team.
