Experienced Night Concierge needed to work as part of a team at a high end residential development in Lambeth North/Waterloo area, London SE1. As a part of a team your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting the residents
- Answering enquiries ensuring that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained
- Dealing effectively with any complaints
- Ensuring the security of the building including manning CCTV
- Checking and screening all visitors and guests and any contractor staff, ensuring they have permission to be present in the building
- Reporting any suspicious/unusual behaviour
- Dealing with deliveries, receiving and safekeeping of all parcels/registered mail
- Issuing of keys
- Proactively dealing with any maintenance and cleaning problems identified within the development
The successful candidate must always maintain a clean and smart appearance, have excellent communication skills, and previous direct experience or solid transferable skills.
