Administrator / PA – 6‑Month Temporary Contract, Onsite, potential permanent. Location: Eccles. Salary: £27k‑£29k per annum (pro rata).
Role
- Providing administrative support to managers, including diary management.
- Maintaining records, including engineering maintenance and operational documentation.
- Supporting safety initiatives and document control processes.
- Managing orders, bookings, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Updating internal systems, spreadsheets, and Excel‑based reports.
- Acting as a central point of contact within the office.
Candidate
- Ideally 3 years experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong IT skills, with confidence using systems, software, and Excel.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Friendly, confident, and approachable – a strong communicator who fits well in an onsite environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational setting.
- Manufacturing/Engineering sector experience welcomed.
