Joining our team based primarily out of our Chelmsford office but with flexibility to work from other offices or from home, you’ll be responsible for delivering and developing Fiduciary services supporting our Risk Capital and Human Capital businesses. What the day will look like Managing the working relationships between Fiduciary accounts and the business units you support Utilising Fiduciary expertise to deliver operational and financial benefit to Aon Limited Proposing activities or workstreams aimed at improving end-to-end service Supporting the design and implementation of processes aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing the control environment Undertake work on a range of IBA and ledger systems to support clearance of Premium, Claim, Commission and Receipt transactions Working collaboratively with our outsource partners to deliver results and improve service Understanding complex internal and external accounting problems and proposing solutions Ensuring procedures and controls within your limits of authority are adhered to Leading or managing initiatives as requested by management Developing and maintaining key internal or external relationships (e.g., underwriters, auditors) How this opportunity is different This is an exciting time to join Aon as we seek to go further, faster as part of our 3×3 strategy.
