Looking for a sales role where every call is a warm lead? We’re recruiting Inbound Sales Advisors to join our growing team in Oldbury. With a start date of 9th June, this is your chance to earn well in a supportive, target-driven environment – no cold calling required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking 30–60 inbound calls per day from customers looking to book an engineer
- Building rapport quickly and gaining trust through effective questioning
- Handling objections and confidently turning “maybe” into “yes”
- Pricing jobs accurately and securing the booking on the call
- Working towards individual and team targets with full support from your manager
Shift Pattern (rotating weekly):
- 7:00am – 4:00pm
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 10:00am – 7:00pm
- One weekend day every 3 weeks
