The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate Retail Planner to join our Home team here at QVC UK on a Fixed Term Contract. You will be part of an exciting, unique business as you join the largest player in video commerce ("vCommerce"). Featuring the right products at the right time of day is an important factor in maximising sales at QVC UK. Reporting into a Planning Manager, you will provide an objective link between Buyers and our Platforms, ensuring the long-term profitability of airtime and products and maximising sales opportunities in the short-term.

Your Impact
You will work with buyers and will be responsible for your own product area. This will involve in-depth demand and sales analysis to determine the optimum positioning for products. You will need experience in sales and inventory analysis, within merchandising or stock management. You will be commercially minded, creative, numerate and well versed in Excel (can perform complex functions). You will be used to forecasting sales budgets on both a seasonal, quarterly and weekly basis.

You will have experience working in a retail environment, as a junior merchandiser ready for your next step. You'll be a team player who can partner with others, but also influence where needed. You will need to be agile and feel comfortable with change, as a live environment can always throw you some curve balls!
