The Role The Business Development and Client Success Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Commercial in acquiring new properties and managing their commercial aspects from start to finish. This role involves not only business development but also client success management and extensive data analysis to ensure optimal performance, revenue and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head of Commercial in identifying and acquiring new properties. Evaluate and triage incoming enquiries Meeting clients in support of the Head of Commercial or independently Providing a single point of contact for incoming clients, offering comprehensive services including revenue and pricing Support the end-to-end commercial management of properties, including contract negotiation and execution. Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention and serve as additional point of contact for VIP clients Coordinate with internal teams to gather and collate data in support to superior property management and client service Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets related to client and market data, pricing, and revenue management, ensuring we keep abreast of market trends Perform inventory control and competitor analysis Utilise data analysis tools to review ongoing performance of our units and optimise property performance and identify trends. Prepare and present detailed KPI reports on property performance, client success metrics, and market analysis. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Person specification: Understanding of ADR, Occupancy and RevPar essential. Experience in data analysis essential. Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate business development and/or client success preferred but not essential. Knowledge of local Scottish property market preferred. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in handling large datasets and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and data analysis tools.
