Role Overview

Our self-employed Enforcement Agents/Bailiffs are the front line of our business, field-based, recovering monies on behalf of taxpayers, businesses, and individuals through ethical and integrated court order compliance.

Requirements

  • Confident and self-motivated
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Persuasive and disciplined
  • Previous experience in a self-employed role
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Experience managing vulnerable and challenging situations
  • Experience in customer-facing, field-based roles

Desirable Skills

  • Military or close protection experience
  • Recovery or collections experience
  • Field sales experience
  • Similar enforcement or field roles

Training and Earnings

No previous enforcement experience needed; full training provided to become a Certificated/Licensed Enforcement Agent. Uncapped commission with realistic earnings after certification between £35,000 - £90,000+.
