English Teacher or Tutor

Gateshead Full-Time 24000 - 36000 £ / year (est.) No home office possible

A Teacher or Tutor of English is required for a secondary school in the Gatesheadarea which we are working with as a company. You will deliver English to Key Stages 3 and 4 pupils. This role is to commence as soon as possible and be ongoing long term for the right candidate and will be 4 days a week (not on Fridays). This secondary school is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.

The ideal English Teacher or Tutor candidate would:

Have a passion teaching English

Have excellent subject knowledge

Be able to organise themselves

Be able to engage with children in a proactive way

We are keen to hear from both experienced English Teachers or ECTs.

In addition, you must:

• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one
