Salary: Up to £51,800 per annum + overtime + bonus

Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. | Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

We’re currently seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to take ownership of the electrical systems and planned maintenance activities across a fast-paced industrial site. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a supervisory role while remaining hands-on and technically involved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the planned maintenance strategy for electrical systems across a major production facility
  • Support and supervise contractors and shutdown teams during maintenance events
  • Contribute to major shutdown planning, execution, and post-analysis
  • Investigate equipment performance issues using CBM and root cause analysis
  • Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, to a high standard, and on time
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to maintain uptime and performance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong electrical engineering background (HNC minimum; HND or Degree preferred)
  • Experience with planned maintenance, shutdowns, and SOPs
  • Exposure to Allen Bradley PLCs or other industrial control systems
  • Strong leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
  • Familiar with CBM techniques, AM/PM strategies, and reliability improvement processes
  • Effective communicator with a proactive and safety-first approach
