We encourage graduates to gain international experience and cultural exposure. The Role We seek Graduate Quality Engineers to assist with daily activities on major UK infrastructure projects. The 3-year graduate development program aims to enhance personal, professional, and technical skills under the supervision of Quality Managers. Key Responsibilities Contribute to health and safety and uphold quality standards. Assist in writing and reviewing quality documentation, including Quality Management Plans and Inspection and Test Plans. Support development of communication strategies for quality plans. Monitor compliance with works information, standards, and technical requirements. Prepare reports for the senior Quality team. Support investigations and audits. Advise on quality requirements and promote continuous improvement. Ensure customer requirements are prioritized. Adopt and promote Ferrovial’s vision and values. Own assigned work and adhere to safety regulations. Support environmental and sustainability policies. Skills and Competence Applicants should have: Excellent communication skills in English. Degree or Master’s in any discipline. Motivation to learn and add value. Problem-solving skills and team orientation. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proactive attitude and industry awareness. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Technical knowledge in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.
