The firm is experiencing a strong period of growth and, following an internal restructure, they seek to hire a backfill Head of Operations (including a handover period before the current head moves internally). The hire will manage a small team, work on key projects such as system implementations, onboarding new service providers, and develop key internal and external stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate is a senior operations analyst or manager on the buy-side, seeking their first step-up into a Head of Operations role. Hands-on BAU experience is more critical than managerial experience, though supervisory experience is advantageous. Strong academic records and industry qualifications are preferred.
