At our plant in Glenrothes, Scotland, we design, develop, and produce radial piston motors working in partnership with world-renowned international OEMs in industries such as material handling, construction, and forestry machinery.
What will you be doing?
- You will acquire an in-depth insight and understanding of the engineering of Hydraulic Motors and Mobile Hydraulics.
- Support the project manager and project team within new development projects.
- Carry out tasks within Innovation and Requirement Engineering Workshops.
- Rating of design concepts concerning relevant factors.
- Simultaneous engineering with suppliers.
- Specify and organise prototype testing.
- Schedule tasks to meet milestones according to target baseline.
- Coordinate tasks related to different departments within the company (Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Production, Assembly, Testing, etc.).
- Perform and assist with Quality Assessments.

- Good quality Mechanical Engineering or related technical degree.
- Experience of working within a multifunctional engineering company.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and strong organisational skills.
- Able to meet strict deadlines and produce clear and concise work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
