Are you a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to be the financial backbone of exciting commercial construction projects? We're seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team and drive value, minimise costs, and ensure top-notch quality on every build.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be involved from the ground up, shaping the financial success of diverse projects. You'll prepare initial cost estimates and meticulously track variations, providing crucial profitability reports. Whether you're working with clients or contractors, in the office or on-site, you'll touch every stage of commercial and industrial construction. Experience with Commercial Buildings is an essential requirement for this position.
This is a full-time on-site position in Billericay, Essex.
The ideal candidate will have:
