The Night Porter's role is to assist the Front Office Manager in providing a smooth and efficient Night Service. This will ensure that our 4 star high level customer service is maintained on a 24 hour basis. As Night Porter, you will ensure that a thorough and comprehensive hand-over is carried out from Reception at the start and end of the shift. The Night Porter will also be responsible for providing a late guest check-in and information service.
Attributes/Experience
- Previous experience within a similar establishment is desirable.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly, professional manner are essential.
