About the Role: You will be the first point of contact for residents in new build areas. Your role is to inform residents about upcoming building work and our ultrafast fibre network. Collect basic contact details to keep residents informed about progress and service availability. Key Responsibilities: Engage confidently with residents at their door or at local events. Capture contact details to understand broadband usage in local communities. This is a field-based role requiring driving and local knowledge. Meet weekly and monthly team conversation targets. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Must have a full driving license. Enjoy engaging in conversations with new people. Experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or field sales is preferred but not essential — full training provided. Good knowledge of local areas. Enthusiastic, motivated, and strong work ethic. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
