We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor, with at least 3 years of experience as a barista, to join the team at BFI Bar & Kitchen! Light and airy café in the BFI Southbank, the perfect place to meet friends or colleagues over a coffee, cake or light salad lunch.
We Offer:
- Rate: £13.50 per hour
- Shifts: 5 days out of 7
- Contract: Full Time
About the Cafe Supervisor role:
- To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
- To supervise, manage and motivate the team
- To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
