The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Agent to join their team. The Senior Talent Agent will play a key role in identifying, signing, and representing digital-first talent across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a strong network of brands and talent, as well as excellent negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for a roster of creators, providing strategic career guidance.
- Develop and implement tailored career plans for each client to maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
- Secure and negotiate lucrative partnerships, drafting and amending contracts to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Attend shoots and press commitments with talent.
- Proactively reach out to brands to secure authentic partnerships and long-lasting collaborations.
- Grow your roster by onboarding both emerging and established creators.
Key Requirements
- Experience working as a talent agent or talent manager, overseeing digital talent.
- Commercially savvy with the ability to negotiate contracts independently.
- Aware of the latest social media trends and emerging creators.
