To work as part of the Transformation team directly supporting the Chief Transformation Officer. The Transformation team are responsible for all Platform technology at 7IM and have outcomes focussed across Client Retention, Attracting Clients, and creating Operating Leverage. The role will be demanding, varied, and delivery focused. You will be developed to become a key member within the Transformation team as well as across the wider business and will become the right hand to the Transformation Director. This role would suit a recent graduate who has an interest in technology, is highly driven, and looking to accelerate their career in financial services or technology. Drive and capacity for learning quickly are more important than existing experience/ skillsets. Responsibilities Manage a number of projects and tasks simultaneously Communicate progress verbally or via reporting packs Assist with budget management and third party supplier management Write and maintain procedure and policy documents Challenge the wider team on their outputs ensuring quality and consistency throughout Produce and deliver presentations on an as needed basis Understand, enhance, and deliver improved processes Act consistently in accordance with 7IMβs Vision, Purpose and Values Adherence to all applicable compliance regulations Other, as reasonably required by your line manager and 7IM. About You Requirements A natural aptitude for working with data sets and performing analysis PowerBI skills very desirable or a willingness and capability to learn Ability to problem solve Ability to use common sense to get to the right outcome Capable of keeping track of multiple projects and tasks all progressing at once Capable of handling and driving change forwards Capable of taking point on projects with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are met Strong inter-personal skills, able to build relationships at all levels (internal & external) Excellent Microsoft Excel skills very desirable β vlookup, hlookup, pivot tables, if statements, ability to work with large data sets.
