Architectural Technician

Senior Architect/Architectural Designer * Ability to manage all aspects of Architectural Design to the required standards, ranging from client lead to contract administration * Ideal would be qualified Architect (ARB) or Chartered Technologist (CIAT) * Circa 5+ years experience * Extensive experience with Building Control and Planning Applications * Ability to lead multiple projects at different stages. * Ability to plan and organise own workload to meet targets and deadlines * Ability to priorities and organise Work * Ability to work as part of a team * Able to use CAD (ArchiCAD experience preferred but not essential), would be expected to undertake CAD work for projects they were assigned to
