Temporary Order Management Coordinator (Potential to Go Permanent)

Location: Leeds (LS15)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5 hours/week)

Pay: £13.50 per hour (paid weekly) 6 month contract / Hybrid working

Start Date: 24th June

We are currently recruiting for a fast-paced Order Management role with the potential to become permanent. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have advanced Excel skills (you will be tested), we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage purchase and sales orders
  • Track, record, and report on order status
  • Validate pricing and inventory availability
  • Coordinate delivery bookings via client systems
  • Monitor and resolve system discrepancies
  • Liaise with suppliers, retailers, and customers
  • Plan and track shipments to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate logs and records
  • Prepare reports for management
  • Drive continuous improvement in order fulfilment processes
Requirements:
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
