Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors to our clients' Erskine office location providing a professional warm welcome to the venue.
- Assist clients and visitors with badges by liaising with the landlord security team and direct/escort them to a meeting room or their event host.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organized customer facing reception area.
- Manage the room bookings and client requests in accordance with set guidelines to ensure first class customer service.
- Assist with ad-hoc hospitality requests as/when required.
- Record and report any incidents and health and safety hazards.
- Provide general support to customer enquiries.
- Ensure any courier/mail deliveries are directed to the mailroom area.
- Raise service requests as required.
- Daily monitoring of site work orders both on SI7 and Vantage systems to ensure account KPIs are met.
- Support with requesting quotes from contractors / chasing of quotes / booking in dates (as/when required).
- Support with uploading new / checking current documentation on Elogbooks.
- Support all CBRE platforms; SI7, Smartsheet, Vantage, MYHSE, Elogbooks, Harbour.
- Support the Facilities Manager with reasonable ad-hoc requests.
- Work additional hours according to the needs of the business to cover holiday and sick leave as stated within the terms outlined in employment contract.

- Professional and courteous with ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of an integrated site team.
- Friendly and approachable personality with the ability to operate in a confident manner.
- Previous experience of dealing with customers within a corporate environment with a high emphasis on customer service.
- Must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High standards of personal presentation essential to ensure client image is supported.
