Citadel is seeking to expand its Campus Recruiting Coordination team with ambitious and curious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with internal recruiters throughout the full-cycle recruiting process, driving the hiring process forward and owning the candidate experience.
Your Objectives
- Partner with recruiters to manage full-cycle recruiting for various business areas, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, and facilitate candidate engagement.
- Maintain candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and plan next steps.
- Prepare offer documents and support onboarding.
- Manage recruiting projects, including candidate tracking and process documentation.
- Assist in organizing recruiting events and internship programs.
- Handle expense reports and invoices for campus activities.
