Contract: Temporary (Fixed Term Contract)

Opportunity Details

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary seeks experienced investigators based in Hampshire or the Isle of Wight, willing to travel to locations including Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton, or the Isle of Wight. Join a professional team conducting various investigations.

As a Police Staff Investigator, your duties include statement taking, CCTV review, suspect interviews, TICs, intelligence interviews, file building, disclosure, and court attendance.

You will assist with case progression, disclosure reviews, redacting, and document scheduling.

Qualifications include PIP2 or equivalent, with experience in investigative roles, criminal law, and procedures. Suitable for former detectives or civilian investigators seeking flexible work.

This role offers induction training, full-time hours, and is based at Netley outside Southampton.
