The predicted salary is between 28000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are interested in speaking to any Landscape Architect at Pre or Post CMLI level for a reputable Consultancy in Cheshire.
As a Landscape Architect either at CMLI grade or mid-level Assistant/Project Landscape Architect level, you will be working with the Senior team on a wide variety of projects through all the various stages of the design process. Sectors will include residential, commercial and public realm right through to later-living, hospitals, open spaces and education.
There are 2 different positions available, each with varying degrees of responsibilities and as such they will consider candidates at different career stages. In general, however, to be considered for a position they are looking for landscape architects who have some of the following:
- Degree and diploma or MA in landscape architecture (or equivalent)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
- Excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills
- Confident when presenting work to new and existing clients
- Good knowledge of the UK Planning process & Building Regulations
- Ability to prioritise workload and focus on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Technically competent and able to work to deadlines
