Key Responsibilities:
- Complete end-to-end relationship management with talent, from initial outreach emails to processing contracts and payments.
- You will be expected to be organized and efficient and hit weekly and monthly targets.
- Consistent evaluation of new and existing talent partnerships, including always on identification of new talent ensuring we stay ahead of our competitors.
- Liaising with creator teams to ensure seamless integration with always-on campaigns.
- Managing brand and content guidelines for all collaborations, ensuring the content requested is on brand and to a high standard.
- Organisation and hosting of on-location events and Influencer Activations for client brands.
- Critical Analysis of creator content submissions, ensuring that only the best creative is approved.
- Ad hoc tasks which may require you to think on your feet.
